Role Overview

ScaleUp Connect is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor on behalf of its client for a hospitality establishment located in Bahria Town , Rawalpindi. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the property. The role requires effective staff supervision, quality control, and coordination with other departments to ensure rooms and facilities are maintained according to hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Supervision

  • Supervise housekeeping staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor attendance and performance.
  • Ensure team members follow established cleaning procedures and service standards.

Quality Assurance

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.

Training & Development

  • Train new housekeeping staff on operational procedures, hygiene protocols, and service expectations.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to improve team performance.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory of linen, uniforms, and housekeeping supplies.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are adequately stocked and maintained.

Guest & Departmental Coordination

  • Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services professionally.
  • Coordinate with front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness.

Maintenance & Hygiene

  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues to the relevant department.

Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare daily housekeeping reports and maintain operational checklists.
  • Track housekeeping activities and report updates to management.

Education

  • Intermediate

Experience

  • Experience: 1–2 years
  • Preferred Industry Background: Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant
