Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain consistent cleaning standards across all guest rooms and public areas
• Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and quality
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities, providing feedback and coaching to uphold cleanliness and safety protocols
• Oversee cleaning processes including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
• Implement industry best practices for janitorial and industrial cleaning to optimize cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Foster a positive team environment through training, motivation, and clear communication to promote teamwork and accountability

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial procedures
• Familiarity with hotel operations, janitorial equipment, and industrial cleaning methods
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• Prior experience in hospitality or custodial work is highly desirable
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
