Field Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations across Al-Mustafa Hospital, our orphanage, and school units. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all facilities while supervising staff and conducting regular visits to each unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping activities across the hospital, orphanage, and school units, including cleaning, waste management, and maintenance of hygiene protocols.
  • Conduct routine inspections and visits to all units to monitor compliance with cleanliness standards and address issues promptly.
  • Manage, train, and schedule housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage and performance accountability.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and schedules aligned with healthcare and institutional regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control standards, especially in the hospital environment, and report on operational metrics.
  • Conduct Visit to all units.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hospital or multi-unit institutional setting.
