Store Incharge (Hotel)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store Incharge for hotel operations to manage inventory, stock control, and store activities efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure proper handling, storage, and issuance of materials while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Monitor stock consumption and prepare requisitions as needed
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items
  • Coordinate with procurement and different hotel departments
  • Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies
  • Maintain proper documentation (stock registers, issue records, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures
  • Control wastage, pilferage, and stock damage
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Store Incharge, preferably in hotel industry
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and store procedures
  • Good record-keeping and reporting skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory systems)
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
