Job Overview

Fortwera Retail is looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager with a strong background in shoe or retail brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory efficiently, and ensuring smooth supply chain processes to support retail activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of products
• Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and regular audits
• Ensure proper handling and storage of footwear products to maintain quality
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity and discipline
• Coordinate with retail outlets and logistics teams for timely deliveries
• Implement warehouse management systems and improve operational efficiency
• Monitor health & safety standards within the warehouse
• Prepare reports on stock levels, movement, and performance

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in a shoe or retail brand
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in footwear or fashion retail brands will be highly preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong operational control
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
