Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet quality standards and safety protocols
• Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and laundry items; reorder as needed to maintain smooth operations
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
• Oversee laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens and uniforms
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations related to custodial work and chemical handling
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event preparations

Requirements

• Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or janitorial services within a hospitality or hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry processes, and custodial best practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively
• Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical use and equipment operation

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
