Position Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. This role involves supervising daily operations, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and ensuring team members are delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team members during assigned shifts
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure brand and cleanliness standards are met
• Provide guidance, training, and support to housekeeping staff
• Assist with scheduling and daily room assignments
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and Hilton brand standards
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
