Experience at least 3yrs in same flied.
Flexibility is required, often covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas daily to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Staff Management and Scheduling: Create staff work schedules, assign daily tasks, and manage attendance (absenteeism and turnover).
Training and Development: Train new housekeeping staff, provide refresher training, and motivate employees to maintain high performance.
Inventory and Supplies: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; order replacements when necessary.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, including safe handling of chemicals and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Coordination with Departments: Work closely with the front desk for room status updates and maintenance for repairs.
Guest Services: Handle guest requests, complaints, and lost-and-found items with high-quality service recovery.
Administrative Duties: Prepare reports & Inventory.
