Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations across assigned sites. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands-on supervisory experience, and a valid Qatar driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping staff and site activities
• Ensure cleaning standards and hygiene requirements are consistently met
• Conduct regular site inspections and report issues to management
• Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and manpower deployment
• Handle client coordination and respond to operational requirements
• Monitor and request cleaning materials and equipment
• Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
• Valid Qatar driver’s license (mandatory)
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
• Immediate availability is an advantage
