Masonry Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise masons and helpers on-site.
• Plan and assign daily masonry tasks (blockwork, brickwork, plastering, etc.).
• Ensure work follows drawings, levels, and specifications.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and workmanship standards.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce site safety rules and safe work practices.
• Report daily progress and issues to the Site Engineer/Site Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong masonry experience (5+ years preferred).
• Ability to read drawings and set out work.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of masonry tools, materials, and methods.
