Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Houseman to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our guest areas and public spaces. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors and guests, supporting the seamless operation of our facility. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and performing industrial cleaning as needed to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
• Assist with furniture arrangement and light maintenance tasks to uphold the property's visual standards
• Support housekeeping staff with laundry duties or replenishing supplies to ensure guest comfort
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and maintained in good working order
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards consistently to create a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including industrial cleaning methods
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts

Pay: $21.72 - $26.15 per hour
