Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and event spaces through detailed cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces
• Care for outdoor grounds by mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, watering plants, and removing debris to uphold the property's aesthetic appeal
• Assist with janitorial duties including replenishing supplies, waste removal, and deep cleaning projects as needed
• Support housekeeping management by coordinating with housekeeping staff to ensure public spaces are guest-ready at all times
• Conduct routine inspections of public areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly
• Follow all safety protocols related to industrial cleaning equipment and chemical handling to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction
• Prior hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality standards is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of groundskeeping tasks such as landscaping, lawn maintenance, and outdoor upkeep
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, walking for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $10.50 - $11.50 per hour
