Houseman/Housekeeper

Housemen are responsible for cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of Villa exteriors, New Majlis interior and exterior, External Properties both in Fujairah and outside Fujairah & All staff facilities, Accommodations, Washrooms and Offices. Reporting and following up on maintenance issues, assisting in the form of manpower and cleaning and setup of Events when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERINECE

• Safe Chemical Handling
• National Police Clearance (Mandatory)
• Experience working with VVIP clients highly regarded
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Experience working with VVIP clients highly regarded.
• Background in Hospitality field required.
• Use of Commercial Equipment experience required.
• Exterior cleaning experience highly regarded.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Following sanitation principles and cross-contamination prevention measures.
• Managing key control, inventory, and stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Handling baggage, including lifting and transporting items weighing 30kg or more.
• Performing various cleaning tasks such as washing, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Conducting deep cleaning activities, including carpet shampooing, curtain vacuuming and steaming, and upholstery care.
• Operating specialized cleaning equipment for floor scrubbing, buffing, and high-pressure washing.
• Performing cleaning tasks at heights using commercial equipment such as scaffolding, ladders, and manlifts.
• Identifying and addressing areas that require attention, ensuring all spaces remain well-maintained and presentable.
