Seeking a Full time Houseperson with Open Availability. Hours will be 8:30am to 5pm.

What are you responsible for?

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Houseperson to ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will be proactive in supporting Housekeeping Room Attendants (RAs) and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas throughout their shift. This candidate must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight.

Key Responsibilities:

Throughout Shift:

• Ensure Room Attendants (RAs) have necessary items for the day, including wash clothes, hand towels, rubber mats, and water.
• Stock closets with essential supplies, including toilet paper and Kleenex.
• Strip Attendants (RAs) of all soiled linens and remove trash.
• Restock RAs carts with supplies needed throughout the shift.
• Regularly remove trash and linen from RAs carts, replacing trash bags as needed.
• Strip and store rollaway beds from hallways in designated storage closets.
• Keep linen closets organized and clean.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of the vending area.
• Ensure stairwells (north, center, and south) are clean and tidy.
• Sweep and mop service landings and storage closets.
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• The ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
