As a Housing Manager, you are responsible for all administrative work related to maintenance, colleague welfare within the accommodation, and the safety and upkeep of all colleague transport vehicles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Update regularly the accommodation plan, forecast, booking, and inventory.
- Report and escalate incidents in the accommodation when necessary.
- Address colleague welfare and concerns related to accommodation and privacy.
- Arrange airport pick-up and drop-off services in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve maintenance issues and uphold hygiene standards.
- Conduct daily patrols in the accommodation area and report any irregularities.
- Follow up with procurement on pending items related to housing and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Arrange housing for new colleagues and manage room allocations and transfers.
- Maintain accurate and updated accommodation and inventory records.
- Oversee the administration of the transportation department, ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene policies are followed at all times.
- Align transportation schedules with operational requirements.
- Stay updated on and implement any new traffic or transport-related regulations.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate preventive and quality checks with service providers.
Self-Management:
- Comply with all hotel policies, rules, and regulations as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Maintain grooming standards to project a professional image.
- Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.
- Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Be aware of all health, hygiene, and fire safety procedures and respond appropriately during emergencies.
- Log and report all security incidents, accidents, and near misses promptly.
- Uphold the company’s code of conduct and core values.
- Perform any additional tasks as directed by management to support departmental goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in housing or accommodation management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing staff accommodation or community villages in remote destinations is preferred.
