A receptionist acts as the first point of contact for a company, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and a positive first impression.   • Visitor Management: Greeting and assisting visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and managing visitor sign-ins.
  • Communication: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Administrative Tasks: Managing office correspondence, filing, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office records.
  • Scheduling: Booking meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for staff.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area, ensuring necessary stationery is available.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Office Supplies: Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure adequate stock.
