We are seeking a motivated HR Operations & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team in Irvine, CA. This part-time role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of HR or operations experience or recent graduates eager to learn and grow in the field.

You’ll support daily HR operations, including contracts, BGC, payroll, benefits administration, vendor payments, onboarding, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing client/vendor agreements, processing invoices and payments through QuickBooks, assisting with payroll and taxes via ADP Workforce Now, and coordinating employee benefits and immigration documentation.

Candidates should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools and knowledge of U.S. labor laws is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour
