Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support – Assisting in posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Employee Onboarding & Exit – Preparing offer letters, handling joining formalities, documentation, ID creation, induction, and full & final settlements during exit.
- HR Documentation & Records – Maintaining employee files, attendance records, leave management, and ensuring accuracy of HR databases.
- Payroll Assistance – Coordinating attendance data, leave deductions, overtime records, and sharing information with payroll team.
- Policy Implementation – Ensuring HR policies, rules, and regulations are communicated and followed within the organization.
- Employee Engagement – Supporting in organizing events, trainings, workshops, and activities to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Compliance & Statutory Support – Assisting in PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Administrative Duties – Handling office administration like stationery, travel bookings, vendor coordination, facility management, etc.
- Employee Support – Addressing basic employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, salary slips, etc.
- Reporting & MIS – Preparing HR-related reports (attendance, leave, employee headcount, attrition, etc.) for management review.
