Job Title: HR/Admin

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree (Compulsory) – Any graduate can apply.
  • Strong academic background with logical thinking abilities.

Candidate Preference:

  • Freshers are welcome, but candidates must be diligent, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities will be given priority.
  • Candidates must be open to handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Female candidate will be preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and handling the selection process.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Managing new employee orientation and documentation.
  • HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, leave management, and handling attendance record.
  • Administrative Support: Managing office supplies, coordinating with clients, and handling facility management.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensuring company policies are followed and assisting in labor law compliance.
  • Employee Engagement: Organizing training programs, team-building activities, and addressing employee concerns.
  • General Coordination: Assisting with various tasks as needed, adapting to changing priorities.

Salary:

8,000 to 10,000 Per Month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
