Qualification:

- Candidates must be open to handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Female candidate will be preferred.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and handling the selection process.
- Onboarding & Induction: Managing new employee orientation and documentation.
- HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, leave management, and handling attendance record.
- Administrative Support: Managing office supplies, coordinating with clients, and handling facility management.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensuring company policies are followed and assisting in labor law compliance.
- Employee Engagement: Organizing training programs, team-building activities, and addressing employee concerns.
- General Coordination: Assisting with various tasks as needed, adapting to changing priorities.
Salary:
8,000 to 10,000 Per Month
