Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records:

Maintaining up-to-date personnel files, including contact information, employment history, performance reviews, and other relevant documents.

  • HR Processes:

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.

  • Administrative Support:

Handling administrative tasks like answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.

  • Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and other regulations.

  • Reporting:

Preparing reports and data analysis related to HR metrics and other relevant areas.

  • Communication:

Acting as a point of contact for employees, HR staff, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.

  • Training and Development:

Assisting with developing and delivering training materials and programs.

  • Employee Relations:

Addressing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.

Required Skills:

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and external parties.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues and challenges.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures: Understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and other relevant regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
