HR Admin
Experience Required: 3–5 years of experience in human resources administration, employee relations, and office management, preferably within construction, engineering, or corporate sectors.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Admin to support the company’s human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will handle employee documentation, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, manage attendance and leave records, and ensure smooth HR operations in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

  • Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support in job postings, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance, track leave balances, and prepare related reports for payroll processing.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company HR policies, labor law requirements, and internal regulations.
  • Payroll Coordination: Assist in preparing monthly payroll data, including attendance, leave, and overtime inputs.
  • Employee Relations: Handle routine employee inquiries, assist with grievance handling, and support engagement initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, office supplies, and general administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Prepare HR reports and coordinate between HR, accounts, and other departments as needed.
  • Confidentiality & Ethics: Handle sensitive employee and company information with utmost professionalism and discretion.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – mandatory
  • Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) – preferred
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic) – preferred
