1. Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Posting job openings on job portals and social media.
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews with departments.
  • Preparing joining kits and handling onboarding formalities.
  • Collecting documents from new employees.

2. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Maintaining daily attendance records.
  • Monitoring late comings, absences, and permissions.
  • Managing leave balances and approvals.
  • Preparing monthly attendance reports for payroll.

3. Payroll Support

  • Updating employee salary changes, deductions, and overtime details.
  • Coordinating with finance for monthly payroll processing.
  • Handling PF, ESI, insurance, and statutory requirements.

4. Employee Records Management

  • Maintaining employee personal files—soft copy & hard copy.
  • Updating HRMS systems with employee data.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of records.

5. Office Administration

  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and purchases.
  • Overseeing housekeeping, security, and cleanliness.
  • Handling travel bookings and accommodation arrangements.

6. Employee Engagement

  • Organizing events: birthdays, festivals, team outings.
  • Conducting employee feedback surveys.
  • Supporting employee welfare programs.

7. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Communicating HR policies to employees.
  • Ensuring company policies are followed.
  • Assisting with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Drafting HR letters—offer, appointment, warning, confirmation, etc.

8. Induction & Training Support

  • Conducting employee orientation programs.
  • Coordinating internal and external training sessions.
  • Maintaining training attendance and feedback.

9. Grievance Handling Support

  • Listening to employee concerns and escalating to HR Manager.
  • Helping resolve small disputes within departments.
  • Assisting with disciplinary actions when needed.

10. Exit Formalities

  • Handling resignation acknowledgments.
  • Coordinating clearance form, handover, and exit interview.
  • Preparing experience letter & relieving letter.
  • Updating final settlement inputs for payroll.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
