Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative responsibilities. The role involves recruitment support, employee engagement, documentation, office administration, and coordination with internal teams and vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

  • Support recruitment activities—job posting, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain employee records, prepare HR letters, manage attendance and leave tracking.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate monthly inputs.
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities (documentation, induction, clearance, etc.).
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and communication.
  • Maintain HR MIS, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance.

Administration:

  • Manage front desk operations, visitor handling, and office communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other admin services.
  • Monitor upkeep of office infrastructure and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees.
  • Manage filing systems, asset records, and administrative documentation.
  • Ensure office expenses, and vendor invoices are managed accurately and timely.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving attitude with strong coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in HR or Admin roles (freshers with strong internship experience can also apply).
