We're Hiring: HR Admin – Real Estate Group

Location: Chandigarh
Company: One of the Leading Real Estate Groups in the Region
Experience Required: 5+years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll, and compliance.
  • Manage office administration and site admin coordination
  • Handle vendor coordination
  • Maintain office supplies, assets, and inventory records
  • Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong company culture, fostering a high-performance and positive work environment.
  • Handle end-to-end talent acquisition for sales, marketing, engineering, and support roles.
  • Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement programs, and career development plans.
  • Ensure labor law compliance, HR documentation, and records are up to date.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support internal communication, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in HR roles, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or construction industries.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software, labor law knowledge, and modern recruitment techniques.
