We're Hiring: HR Admin – Real Estate Group
Location: Chandigarh

Experience Required: 5+years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll, and compliance.
- Manage office administration and site admin coordination
- Handle vendor coordination
- Maintain office supplies, assets, and inventory records
- Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong company culture, fostering a high-performance and positive work environment.
- Handle end-to-end talent acquisition for sales, marketing, engineering, and support roles.
- Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement programs, and career development plans.
- Ensure labor law compliance, HR documentation, and records are up to date.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support internal communication, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years in HR roles, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or construction industries.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software, labor law knowledge, and modern recruitment techniques.
