Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Executive will support day-to-day HR operations while ensuring smooth administration, office management, vendor coordination, procurement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, handle employee queries, and support HR policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage employee relations and accommodation arrangements.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient daily office operations.
- Oversee fleet management, including registrations, maintenance, permits, and insurance.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage procurement for office, factory, and production needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Supervise maintenance of buildings, machinery, equipment, and office assets (generators, laptops, printers, furniture).
- Liaise with IT teams/vendors for technical support and IT requirements.
- Monitor internal CCTV systems and ensure proper functionality.
- Handle petty cash, coordinate events, and work with the finance department for payments and settlements.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies (ICCI, RCCI, EOBI, Social Security, Excise & Taxation, CDA).
- Arrange domestic and international travel including visas, tickets, and accommodations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR and administrative operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR/Admin software tools.
- Ability to manage vendors, logistics, and compliance activities.
