Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Executive will support day-to-day HR operations while ensuring smooth administration, office management, vendor coordination, procurement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Maintain employee records, handle employee queries, and support HR policies.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage employee relations and accommodation arrangements.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient daily office operations.
  • Oversee fleet management, including registrations, maintenance, permits, and insurance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Manage procurement for office, factory, and production needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Supervise maintenance of buildings, machinery, equipment, and office assets (generators, laptops, printers, furniture).
  • Liaise with IT teams/vendors for technical support and IT requirements.
  • Monitor internal CCTV systems and ensure proper functionality.
  • Handle petty cash, coordinate events, and work with the finance department for payments and settlements.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies (ICCI, RCCI, EOBI, Social Security, Excise & Taxation, CDA).
  • Arrange domestic and international travel including visas, tickets, and accommodations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR and administrative operations.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR/Admin software tools.
  • Ability to manage vendors, logistics, and compliance activities.
