Job Summary
The HR Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, statutory
compliance, and administrative functions. The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and
excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timely disbursement
- Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities
- Handle office administration and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support management with HR reports and MIS
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and administration
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR-related documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred.
