Job Summary
The HR Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, statutory
compliance, and administrative functions. The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and
excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timely disbursement
  • Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities
  • Handle office administration and vendor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Support management with HR reports and MIS
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations and administration
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR-related documentation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred.
