HR ADMIN

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, maintain employee records, and ensure HR processes comply with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Bahrain Labor Law and internal policies.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data.
  • Coordinate with management regarding HR administration matters.
  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidential employee files and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience in Bahrain.
  • Good knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Must be available for immediate joining.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling LMRA documentation and employee records.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
