HR admin and coordinator

Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and organized HR Admin & Coordinator for our solar energy company. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, administrative tasks, staff coordination, office management, and supporting recruitment and employee documentation processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment support including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
  • Assist in payroll coordination and salary documentation
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Admin & Office Coordination

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal events
  • Maintain official correspondence, filing, and documentation
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and reporting
  • Handle office discipline and daily staff coordination

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate between sales, design, execution, and management teams
  • Support management in scheduling, reporting, and documentation tasks
  • Maintain records of project-related documentation when required

Requirements

  • Only Females are preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin/Coordination role
  • Strong knowledge of HR documentation and office coordination
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in solar/EPC/technical industry will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of payroll coordination and HR compliance is a plus
