  • Supports the Human Resources department by assisting with screening and scheduling interviews for applicants.
  • Assists with payroll preparation by collecting attendance records, checking overtime, and supporting payroll data entry.
  • Helps with new employee onboarding by preparing orientation materials, collecting required documents, and assisting with policy explanations.
  • Maintains basic HR records such as employee files, leave balances, and attendance logs.
  • Coordinates with employees regarding benefits by providing forms, guiding them on the process, and forwarding documents to HR management for approval.
  • Prepares and updates standard HR forms, reports, and logs as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Assists in arranging meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
  • Provides general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Must be flexible to assist other departments when required, as part of the company’s operational needs.
