This role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven HR professional to gain hands-on experience across key areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Organization Development.


About the Role

Support the People & Culture team in strengthening our talent pipeline, enhancing recruitment efficiency, supporting learning and development initiatives, and contributing to succession planning efforts.

This is a developmental role- ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a dynamic organization.


Key Responsibilities

Organization Design & Development

  • Support the Chief People Officer (CPO) and People Manager in organizational design, role mapping, and structure updates.
  • Contribute to succession planning and organizational capability assessments.
  • Assist with change management initiatives and maintain the People Country Dashboard for workforce metrics.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support recruitment for country-level roles across all business lines.
  • Assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate on localization strategies and Emiratization initiatives.
  • Contribute to improving the overall hiring process and candidate experience.

Talent Development

  • Support the L&D Performance Lead in identifying development needs through assessments and career discussions.
  • Assist in succession planning and performance management cycles.
  • Help track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and development programs for key talents.

Other Key Initiatives

  • Lead Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives across the organization.
  • Conduct employee data analysis and support in preparing the People Dashboard.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and reports.


Education, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment and talent development.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), HRIS experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, curious and passionate about learning and people growth.
  • Fluency in English required, Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
