We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant - Fresher to support our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about starting a career in Human Resources and Office Administration, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for job openings

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers

* Help with onboarding and joining formalities of new employees

* Maintain employee records and support with documentation

* Track attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll inputs

* Prepare HR letters, ID cards, and other employee-related documents

* Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events

* Manage office supplies and handle procurement as needed

* Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and maintenance teams for smooth daily operations

* Handle courier dispatch/receipts and maintain related records

* Assist in booking travel and accommodation for employees

* Support front desk activities including handling calls and visitor management

* Maintain office files, registers, and petty cash records

* Ensure office infrastructure is clean, safe, and functioning efficiently

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably BBA, BCom, BA)

* Strong interest in HR and office administration

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Ability to multitask and work in a team environment

Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn
