Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Coordinator to manage recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and administrative tasks for Construction divisions. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations, supporting workforce management, and fostering a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate hiring requirements across both verticals (school & construction).

Liaise with hiring agencies and review candidate profiles.

Schedule interviews and follow up on candidate progress.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.

Facilitate employee onboarding and induction processes.

2. HR Administration

Maintain updated employee records and documentation.

Monitor attendance and track timesheets (especially for school staff and site workers).

Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary slip preparation.

Handle leave management, absenteeism, and late attendance reports.

3. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to HR policies and local labor laws.

Draft and manage MOUs, NDAs, contracts, and agreements.

Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.

4. Employee Engagement & Support

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

Coordinate staff welfare activities, events, and internal trainings.

Assist in conducting probation evaluations and performance reviews.

5. Administrative Support

Maintain HR MIS and generate HR-related reports.

Provide logistical support for training, events, and staff coordination at construction sites and schools.

Collaborate with senior management to implement HR and administrative strategies.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional responsibilities.

Salary: (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
