Handle full recruitment cycle (posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

Manage communication and documentation related to governmental

relations, regulatory compliance, and required official filings.

Maintain employee records and HR database.

Get a work contract ready for the new employees and follow up with all of their documents and personnel files.

Release government health insurance medical cards for both newly hired and current employees.

Submit Forms 1, 2, and 6 for Social Insurance.

Manage attendance, payroll coordination.

Develop internal policies and ensure compliance with labor law.

Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security service
