Overview Of The Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a strategic role in delivering end-to-end recruitment excellence across the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR Business Partners, this role ensures the execution of hiring strategies aligned with business needs while shaping strong, diverse talent pipelines. The TA Partner drives a superior candidate experience, champions recruitment best practices, and supports the organization in attracting high-quality talent to build a future-ready workforce. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role is essential to enabling business growth through strategic sourcing, data-driven insights, and collaborative stakeholder engagement.


What You Will Do

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding—ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Implement recruitment best practices to enhance quality of hire, streamline processes, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure all hires comply with approved budgets and salary structures.


Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development

  • Deploy advanced sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent across key functions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, niche, and future roles using market mapping and industry intelligence.
  • Stay updated on market benchmarks, sourcing tools, and emerging hiring trends to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.


Employer Brand & Candidate Engagement

  • Represent Al-Futtaim Real Estate as an employer of choice at recruitment events, networking forums, and industry platforms.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract high-caliber talent across target markets.


Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring plans and market conditions.
  • Ensure transparent, timely communication and alignment with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.


Data-Driven Talent Decisions

  • Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that enhance hiring efficiency, diversity outcomes, and talent quality.


Job Context

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves not only as a recruiter but as a strategic enabler of organizational success by securing the talent needed to thrive in a competitive market. The role also supports TA transformation initiatives to ensure full adoption of systems, adherence to Al-Futtaim TA policies, and consistent application of best-in-class hiring practices.


Required Skills To Be Successful

  • Strong sourcing, headhunting, and assessment capabilities across multiple channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of real estate and related industries.
  • Agile, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP (Recruitment Module) or similar ATS platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to leverage recruitment data for continuous improvement and strategic insights.


What Qualifies You For The Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role, ideally within Real Estate, Contracting, or Retail/Mall environments.
  • Proven experience in building pipelines, managing end-to-end recruitment, and advising business leaders.
  • Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex hiring scenarios and deliver high-quality outcomes.
