Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, calendars, and internal communication.
  • Handle documentation, data entry, filing, and basic reporting.
  • Assist various departments with admin support whenever required.
  • Create clean & attractive documents, slides, and basic creatives using Canva.
  • Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and follow-ups.
  • Support HR/Admin teams in onboarding, attendance, and office activities.
  • Ensure a tidy, professional, and positive office environment.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication & coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with MS Office + Canva (mandatory).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities under deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • A team player who is reliable, responsible, and professional.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
