HR Admin Coordinator Site-Based

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily HR and administrative activities at the project site

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and personnel files

• Support onboarding processes for new employees and site staff

• Coordinate staff transportation, accommodation, and site logistics when required

• Assist in payroll data collection such as timesheets and attendance reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies and site regulations

• Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to site management

• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation for audits and internal records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in HR administration or site coordination roles

• Previous experience in construction or site-based environments is preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
