Job Title: HR & Admin Executive – Night Shift
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations and administrative responsibilities. This role supports employee lifecycle processes, office management, and fosters a positive, productive work environment
Key Responsibilities:
HR Duties:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
· Onboarding and induction of new employees
· Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and documentation
· Assist in performance appraisal coordination
· Maintain attendance and leave records
· Handle employee engagement activities and grievance redressal
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
· Support payroll input coordination and documentation
