As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to play a crucial role in building and supporting our growing team.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires someone who can balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution to support our team in delivering exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Build strong pipelines of candidates for roles in account management, creative, and Amazon PPC specialists.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand talent needs in a fast-scaling environment.
• Employee Engagement & Retention
• Drive initiatives to create a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Organize training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and exit interviews.
• Performance Management
• Implement and monitor performance review systems.
• Guide managers and team leads in setting measurable goals and KPIs.
• Support professional growth through training and development initiatives.
• Compliance & HR Administration
• Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits management.
• Oversee contracts, policy updates, and employee handbooks.
• Strategic HR Initiatives
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Recommend improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Support organizational scaling by setting up efficient HR systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of HR experience, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
