Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Location: Panipat

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage

day-to-day HR operations, employee attendance, utilities, onboarding/offboarding

processes, and payroll support. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable,

and eager to grow within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and maintain employee attendance records and leave tracking.

● Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities including documentation,

induction, and exit processes.

● Support salary processing by collating attendance and leave data.

● Oversee office utilities and administrative activities to ensure smooth daily

operations.

● Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

● Coordinate with various departments to support HR and administrative

requirements.

● Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal

communication.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles.

● Good understanding of HR processes and basic labor laws.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

● Strong communication and organizational skills.

● Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
