Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Functions:

  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination through HRMS (Keka).
  • Maintain employee records, files, and documentation as per company and statutory requirements.
  • Support in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees.
  • Coordinate for employee confirmation, transfers, and separations.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and HR policies.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, absenteeism tracking, and employee grievances.
  • Support in training & development activities, and maintain records of conducted programs.
  • Assist in performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.

Administration Functions:

  • Oversee factory housekeeping, canteen, security, and transport arrangements.
  • Manage vendor coordination for administrative and facility-related services.
  • Maintain inventory of office and factory consumables.
  • Support statutory and audit documentation related to HR and administration.
  • Ensure safe, clean, and compliant working environment in line with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in HR & Admin, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of HR operations and labour law basics
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably Keka)
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and multitasking ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
