  • Source candidates through recruitment agencies and online portal
  • Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed.
  • Provide administrative support
  • Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
  • General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter and etc
  • Coordinating between Employee & PF Consultant.
  • Oversee record-keeping of attendance and leave management for payroll
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues
  • Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees.
  • Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, process confidential reports and documents
  • Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Marathi
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer/Executive, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
