Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR Administration (startup or private limited experience preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools (Zoho People, GreytHR), Google Workspace & MS Office.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, ID, education, and banking details (both digital & physical).
  • Manage complete employee lifecycle – onboarding, ID cards, confirmation, transfers, exits, and documentation.
  • Track attendance, leave management, and absenteeism trends; coordinate with payroll for accurate processing.
  • Circulate and maintain updated HR policies, memos, and statutory displays.
  • Support compliance activities – audits (ISO, labour, HR), POSH awareness, and statutory reporting.

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs, training, and wellness sessions.
  • Coordinate birthdays, work anniversaries, events, and internal communications.
  • Collect and analyze feedback through surveys to enhance employee experience.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Office Administration & Facilities

  • Oversee front desk and visitor management – greet guests, manage calls and meetings.
  • Manage housekeeping, pantry, and office maintenance (repairs, AC, pest control, etc.).
  • Maintain office assets register and ensure workplace safety (fire, first aid, signage).
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and inter-branch travel.

Finance & Procurement Support

  • Verify and track reimbursement claims (travel, food, mobile, etc.).
  • Support travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests.
  • Assist in vendor coordination, procurement documentation, and feedback tracking.
