MISSAN is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end HR operations while ensuring smooth administrative workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to international labour laws (especially UAE labour law) will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (MISSAN GROUP)

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate employee training, engagement activities, and appraisal processes.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely statutory compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
  • Support implementation and improvement of HR policies.

Administrative Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies procurement.
  • Maintain communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • Ensure proper documentation of company assets and administrative records.
  • Assist management with reports, correspondence, and presentations.

Compliance & International HR Support

  • Ensure adherence to local employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain awareness of UAE labour laws and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate with overseas teams as needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR/Administration certifications are a plus.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Exposure to international HR or UAE labour law is desirable.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and payroll.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Understanding of employment regulations and office management practices.
  • English proficiency; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
