Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth induction.
- Handle employee engagement activities, event planning, and internal communication.
- Support performance management cycles, appraisal processes, and goal-setting frameworks.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
- Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave management, and employee data.
- Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage inventories, office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement.
- Handle travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and maintenance coordination.
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, and administrative records.
- Support management with reports, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Coordinate facility management and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Compliance & Documentation
- Manage statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) in coordination with consultants.
- Maintain HR and administrative SOPs and ensure periodic updates.
- Assist in drafting letters, agreements, and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles (preferably in the training/education or service industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
