About Us

We are a fast-growing creative marketing and technology firm focused on delivering innovative brand solutions across digital media, healthcare, and consumer platforms. We are seeking a proactive HR & Admin Executive who can own people operations and ensure seamless day-to-day workplace functioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the hiring process — sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding

2. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking

3. Manage office operations including inventory, vendors, and logistics.

4. Assist in internal communication, employee engagement activities, and team events

5. Handle emails, documentation, follow-ups, and basic reporting for leadership

6. Ensure a professional workplace environment and smooth functioning of all departments

7. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR & admin work.

8. Manage multiple tasks with ownership and timely completion

Who We Are Looking For:

1. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

2. Good command of English (reading, writing & speaking)

3. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new tools

5. A calm, responsible, and problem-solving attitude in a fast-paced environment

6. A collaborative team player who takes initiative

Good to Have

Experience in HR or administrative duties (creative/digital industry is a plus)
