Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our growing organization in Coimbatore. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with administrative functions, ensuring smooth internal processes and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, a people-centric mindset, and hands-on experience in HR and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Operations
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Support performance management, probation reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labor laws, and internal guidelines.
2. Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
3. Administration & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination.
- Manage vendors, office supplies, travel coordination, and facility-related requirements.
- Maintain statutory and compliance records related to HR and administration.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports related to hiring, attrition, attendance, and employee performance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance in HR systems and files.
Eligibility:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and administrative processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources / Administration or a related specialization (mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in HR & Admin functions.
- Prior experience in EdTech, IT, or service-based organizations is an added advantage.
