Job Summary

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing human resources operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the automobile dealership/manufacturing unit. The role supports recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, and statutory deductions.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Draft HR policies, appointment letters, offer letters, and exit documentation.

Administration

  • Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and Maintenance facility management.
  • Manage vendor coordination (security, transport, maintenance, canteen).
  • Handle asset management, inventory, and office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Support audits and maintain admin-related documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
