HR & Admin Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and personnel documents
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, labor cards, and medicals
Administration:
- Manage office administration, facilities, and general housekeeping
- Coordinate with government authorities
- Handle company documentation, licenses, and renewals
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service contracts
- Assist management with reports, correspondence, and scheduling
- Support site administration requirements as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration (construction industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
- Experience dealing with MOHRE, Immigration, and other UAE authorities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
