HR & Admin Executive.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and personnel documents
  • Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, labor cards, and medicals

Administration:

  • Manage office administration, facilities, and general housekeeping
  • Coordinate with government authorities
  • Handle company documentation, licenses, and renewals
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and service contracts
  • Assist management with reports, correspondence, and scheduling
  • Support site administration requirements as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration (construction industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
  • Experience dealing with MOHRE, Immigration, and other UAE authorities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
