About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
- Support employee engagement activities and performance review processes.
- Manage office administration, including supplies, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with external agencies and government bodies for license renewals, visas, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
