HR & Admin Executive

We are a growing organization committed to excellence, innovation, and employee development. We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin Executive to support our human resources and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
  • Handle visa processing, labor contracts, and government-related paperwork
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leaves, and benefits administration
  • Maintain office administration and staff coordination
  • Support performance reviews and HR policies implementation
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential files
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in HR/Admin role (UAE experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa, and PRO processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Multi-tasking and time-management abilities
